Back & Neck Pain
Structured assessment and care for acute and persistent spinal pain.
Movement-led care that restores function, calms pain and gets you back to the life and training you want to live.

Our physiotherapists work alongside the medical and performance teams to address pain, restore function and rebuild capacity. Every plan is rooted in a thorough assessment, with hands-on care, targeted exercise and clear milestones to track against.

A structured approach to reducing pain, with the goal of removing it rather than managing it indefinitely.
Care plans are individual. Your physiotherapist will assess thoroughly before recommending the combination of hands-on work, exercise and education that fits your case.

Physiotherapy at Lifecore

First sessions are spent understanding the problem properly, with examination, history and any imaging informing the plan.

Where appropriate, your physiotherapist coordinates with physicians, regenerative care and the training team so the plan is one plan.

Every plan is built around milestones you can see and measure, so progress is something we observe together, not just feel for.
Good physiotherapy is precise. At Lifecore, it sits inside a clinical environment with diagnostics, regenerative care and performance training a few doors away, all reinforcing each other.
We treat the goal of physiotherapy as more than the absence of pain. The aim is full, confident function in the life and training you want to lead.

A few of the questions our guests ask most often. If you would like to explore something specific, our physicians are happy to talk it through with you.
No referral is required to book physiotherapy at Lifecore. Many clients come on their own initiative; others are referred by our physicians.
Initial sessions are typically 60 minutes to allow a thorough assessment. Follow-up sessions are 45 to 60 minutes depending on the plan.
It depends on the problem. Some cases resolve in a handful of sessions, others require structured care over several weeks. We will be open about this from the first visit.
Yes. A clear home programme is part of nearly every plan. Sessions in the clinic carry far more value when the work continues between them.
Absolutely. With your consent, we coordinate care so everyone is moving toward the same milestones.
