Longevity Programming
Structured training built around the physical qualities most predictive of a long, capable life.
A private, fully equipped training environment built around longevity, strength and the kind of movement that supports a long, capable life.
The gym at Lifecore is designed for the people who take their health seriously. Equipment, programming and coaching are all curated to support the longevity outcomes we work toward in clinic, so what you do on the floor reinforces what we do upstairs.

Programmed resistance work that builds the muscle and bone density which underpin healthy ageing.
Programmes are designed by coaches working alongside our physicians. Whether you are returning to training, refining a routine, or preparing for a specific goal, the floor is set up to support it.

Structured training built around the physical qualities most predictive of a long, capable life.

Progressive resistance work to build and preserve muscle and bone.

Targeted cardio work to raise the cardiorespiratory ceiling that defines biological resilience.

Carefully phased programmes for clients returning after injury, illness or a long pause.

Specific preparation for events, expeditions and the demands clients set for themselves.

Foundational work to keep joints, tendons and movement patterns healthy under load.
The Gym at Lifecore

Every machine and tool on the floor has been chosen for the quality of training it enables, not because it filled a corner of the room.

Programmes are written with reference to your diagnostics, so the work on the floor reinforces the work in the clinic.

Sessions are led by coaches who understand both performance and the limits the body imposes at different stages of life.
Most gyms are spaces with equipment. The Lifecore gym is part of a medical environment, with the privacy, precision and intent that comes with it.
Your training, your diagnostics and your recovery are joined into one plan, so progress shows up where it matters, in how you feel and in how the data reads.
